This camera takes great pictures in any light. The smile detector really works! You don't even have to press a button. When it's set to detect a smile, point the camera and voila! The camera is small enough to fit in your purse and take with you wherever you go. It also has a good sized screen. The zoom is very easy to use as there is a button that moves back and forth unlike my old camera where you had to go into the menu to get the zoom. It takes some time to get used to all the touchscreen features, but once you get the hang of it, it's worth it!
