I was able to get through steps 2-3 and felt fine

If I could give zero stars I would! This product has been nothing short of a nightmare since I opened the Β£120 box. I was very excited to get this for my kitchen as I needed extra countertop, drawer and cabinet space. I wish I had read the reviews more carefully before purchasing. When I opened the box I found that some parts were damaged/cracked. I went ahead and tried to build it anyway. When I got to step 2/3 I found that the measurements were wrong and it was impossible to continue. The pieces were not even or aligned. I called the company directly and they told me they could only replace 4 parts, but since I only got to step 2-3 how did I know there wouldn't be more than 4 parts that needed replacing? I went ahead and ordered 4 replacement units and hoped that once they arrived my issues would be resolved. Wishful thinking - substitutions came, I was able to get through steps 2-3 and felt good. I got to step 5 and again encountered parts that didn't fit. Now I'm stuck with this cart that I can't assemble properly. The top drawer doesn't fit, the cabinet doors don't close. The table top cannot be fixed in any way and just stands in place. Now I'm stuck with this cart that doesn't work in my apartment. SAVE YOUR HEADACHE don't buy. The product is extremely poor quality, the quality is terrible and not worth the money. I'm a very patient person, I knew what I was getting into by ordering something that I had to assemble myself, but it's not worth the blood sweat and tears even if you're lucky enough to get all the working parts. Weeks, hours, days have been devoted to trying to get this car to work at my home and unfortunately I can't get it to work. PS You will need a drill or screwdriver to do the setup that is not listed in the manual.

Pros
  • Useful beyond its intended purpose
