Not as easy as it looks
We sent these cameras back. First, it is very difficult to contact the support team. I personally need to speak to someone. I feel like I don't always get my point or explain the issue well enough via email. I couldn't get phone support. This was not suggested. Our camera worked for 2 hours and then just stopped. We used them in our house and are very close to the router. I think they were easy to install but difficult to maintain. And I'll say it again, customer service stinks.
