Without motion detection. Three LED panels on one base. Medium standard lamp thread. Brilliant, bright, cool white color. You can see the color contrast in the photo of the soft white lamp. Comes with some additional fasteners and baseplates, but note that the overall width of the included baseplate is 3 1/8 inches if you plan to use this. Pear. No special tools required. All LEDs work properly, no flickering or lag when turning on or off. My only suggestion is that due to the size and added weight of the lamp body, it is recommended that a seat belt be fitted to ensure the bulb does not fall if hit or bumped. I believe every manufacturer should provide a safety cable that fits any product larger than a standard light bulb. But I was aware of the fact that it wasn't provided prior to purchase, so I can't confuse them. Overall a great lamp. Two sets - an unbeatable price for excellent lighting. And provides adequate coverage for my two stall garage. If you want to eliminate shading, I would recommend four evenly spaced lights in a two story garage. I will probably buy this product again in the future. I can't say anything about the durability of the products as they were bought recently and they work perfectly. Will update if it fails prematurely but I don't foresee it as it is a quality product.
