Excellent cleaning results - low draft design

This is my third Swiffer Bissell steamer. This is great on dark hardwood floors. I have a big dog and I don't understand how dirty the floor gets. The first two devices broke the same way - the steamer hinge broke off inside the handle. Each unit has lasted about 1-1/2 years and used 2-3 times a week in a 3 bedroom house. So for the money I'm really happy with the product.
