Meets the requirements I was looking for.

Due to a PC crash I had to look for a VGA to HDMI cable. I ordered two cables (one as a backup) and it worked perfectly with my 24" HP monitor (VGA only) with an HDMI port on a Dell laptop. I was lazy and didn't want to fight traffic to get a cable from the Micro Center or BB. Been on the PC for a few months and no problems.
