Deposits are garbage.
The inserts are the worst I have ever used. If you try to increase the depth of cut from 0.002 to 0.003, the insert will break like glass. The thread inserts I normally use have no problem with depths of cut from .020 to .030 on the same machine and in the same material. This under partially destroy.
