This product looks like it was made from recycled metal parts. There are scratches and even sharp burrs on the aluminum end caps. Also, it's messy; I believe they sent me a used item that may have been returned. Unbelievable, can be made in China. Of course, the quality is not at the level of American products. If you want something that not only works, but looks good and feels like you made the right choice, choose something from another retailer/brand, even if it's not made right here in the USA.
