I've been using this product for 15 years and it's GREAT for lifting the hair follicles and styling my hair. It's like a light hair mousse without the foam. I just spray it on after towel drying and then style it. My advice: don't touch your hair while it's drying. When it dries, just comb through with your fingers and it will last all day.
