Review on ViewSonic VX3268 PC MHD Monitor: FreeSync Premium 1920X1080, Anti-Glare, VX3268-PC-MHD, HD, LCD - Unbeatable Visuals and Performance by Mark Shuster

I bought this product in November last year. This product screen came out in August of this year! I had it for 9 months! That's all! I didn't use too much of it either. I used it about 4 times a week, usually less. The screen is not cracked, there are no dents on the outside like it has been bumped, the monitor is in very good condition, expect the screen not to work. When I purchased this product I was told I was getting a three year warranty. I tried contacting View Sonic to claim their warranty but this does not cover their warranty. How is the screen not covered under warranty? They said there was nothing they could do because it wasn't covered under warranty. can't you help suggestions what to do Where can you get? NO! This product is not worth the money. With such customer service and a terrible quality product I will not be buying another version or anything else from this brand. It could have been a defective item that they shipped but they didn't even look at it personally to find out. I just sent a photo and they said it was not covered. Maybe all View Sonics products are like that, cheap and of poor quality. I am very ashamed of this product and the customer service. I don't normally write reviews but I don't want others to fall for this deal. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.
