Ideal for laptop but not tablet
I originally bought this to support an HP tablet, not realizing it was actually intended for a laptop. If you have a tablet or iPad that you want to support, you'll find that it just doesn't cut it. Now that I'm using it with my laptop, I'm very happy with it. I have a Microsoft Surfacebook, which isn't exactly light, and this stand supports it very well.
