I have a very large size and it's a bit tight (especially in the arms, which doesn't bother me much. Many shirts are tighter in my hands). I'll keep the shirt as I've lost a lot of weight lately and don't want it to get too big for the next few months. Just be aware that you may need to go up a size than you normally do. Overall, the shirt has the quality you would expect from Affliction. I love the color and the design and it goes with almost everything.
