Good but heavy for running shoes.
I like the sock and the hard heel counter. I've always had a hard time finding shoes that don't cause blisters. Then I found these and they didn't hurt or cause blisters! They are very heavy for running shoes. Don't buy these if you want lightweight shoes. I put on my own orthopedic insoles. The insoles in these shoes provide some arch support. However, in my past, I suffered a devastating trimalleolar fracture a few years ago. With these shoes I could walk again (but with my orthopedic insoles) π
