I am very happy today. I ordered my bluetooth dongle and everything went great. The dongle drivers disappeared after a while, so I emailed the seller and asked for help with my drivers. I received a prompt response and the lady I spoke to was very understanding and helpful. She asked me some very simple questions and then sent me the right drivers.
