Ignore how often I have to clean my oven and instead focus on this wonderful thing. I don't know why it's called pizza skin but I'm tired of my son making a mess and complaining about his burnt fingers. Instead of telling him to be male because sometimes good food is worth a little effort, I sought out a solution from Revain. .It's neat! We used it immediately. Cheese is easy to rinse off. No mess is left behind and it appears to be fairly non-stick. There were some minor issues with moving the peel underneath the pizza, but some of these could be user error since it's a new tool. I highly recommend it. I usually take them out with my bare fingers (not recommended) and the man pulls them onto a plate with a fork or…. pizza box. Pooh. It also came with a neat pizza slice which is very sharp. He's never ruined a pizza.
