I always buy from John Meyer. I'm not sure if the clothes are made in China now because 16 would fit me and I couldn't adjust them to my bust size. Same 16 I always buy, I returned this for the larger size. I'll come back and let you know if it fits. it is beautiful and the quality is excellent
