super sharp! in kitchen and dining room

I bought this cheese dryer and it works great! It's super sharp and durable. It comes with a cleaning brush, but I prefer to use soap and water. Gloves are good to have but I see no need for them with this grater although I could encourage my children to use them. I recommend this product. Will have to be updated in the future to know if it will hold up.
