Disappointed with product
Video attached. My cat had emergency surgery 3 weeks ago and is still having trouble healing the incision due to his hard cone constantly rubbing against him when he tries to lick, so I figured that would help...it's not effective. The tie comes off very easily, he was able to pull it off his head in seconds and as you can see in the video it's very soft and compressible so it doesn't protect his cut at all like it could. just push it aside. I thought it would be harder, it literally looks like a soft thin pillow, any animal can push it close to itself/aside and injure itself. Very disappointed.
