Although they make amazing 2.5 inch balls of ice cream, good luck getting them out of the containers. They say that to remove the ice balls you have to wet the outside of the container with warm water. We all know what happens to ice when it comes into contact with water, it sticks to the skin, ice basket, other ice etc. We couldn't get three scoops of ice cream yesterday. We actually put the container under hot water and then even removed half of the bottom of the container. The ice ball is frozen to the top of the container. Again, they make nice balls of ice cream if you can get them out of the container. We threw away the packaging the same day we received it as it was garbage day so we didn't send it back. Even though we kicked them out.
