My bearded dragons love them. My boyfriend got a bit aggressive as he got older. I use them to hand feed him and his aggression has greatly improved; He's no longer afraid of my hands. Live food is awkward to store, stinks, expensive unless bought in bulk, and my fiance hates the thought of live bugs in the house. This solved all problems; it's relatively cheap, the bearded dragons love it, and I haven't been able to find any evidence that canned food is unhealthy. Mix with herbs, berries, vegetables etc. of course. Always store in the refrigerator after opening. Though my dragon doesn't seem to mind cold food, I use large tweezers and run each grasshopper under warm water before placing them in the bowl. This provides some extra water and also allows calcium powder to be glued to the bug if needed.
