This bandage is surprisingly good. It stays in your hand while running, doesn't move, and you can change the trajectory using the plastic umbrella. i have a problem with him When I want to change stations on my iPod, I usually lift my arm to scroll through the stations. Since my vision is not so great lol. The problem is that you have to undo the velcro to take it off your hand, it doesn't just slip off your hand like the ones with stretch material. Over time I see that this renders the velcro useless. If you plan on deleting it like I did, I recommend buying two so you have a backup. Overall I am happy with the purchase for the price. We'll see how long that lasts.
