I was very excited about this product. Unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations. The quality control on this thing is terrible. The first and most obvious problem is that the hand holding the monitors is not straight/level. It leans quite a bit to the left and there aren't any adjustments to fix it. I've included photos showing that the table it's standing on is level and even the base/arm of the stand is level. The only problem is in the hand holding the monitors. Left and right are almost an inch apart. Now you might be thinking that you can use the bracket on the left to set it higher and the bracket adjuster on the right to set it lower. Unfortunately, one of the attachments is also damaged! I've attached a picture showing where a bracket is missing a washer. Without them, the monitor will not adjust up and down. Even though this part worked and I was able to adjust the left and right monitors, I still have the problem that the center monitor is not adjustable and not level. claim to have a lifetime warranty and they have a document telling you to contact them with any problems instead of sending them back. If there was only one problem, I would do that. However, since there are two different quality issues, I don't believe it and just go back.
