Keeps Curls - Makeup flimsy
After using only Heroine Mascara (with Shiseido curlers) for a while, pre-application really holds curls better. The consistency seems a bit thicker than I would like, but the mascara lays down nicely. One thing I'm disappointed with is that this combination still leaves a slight blemish under my eyes around noon. Overall, though, this is the best curler, enhancer, and volumizer duo I've ever used.
