The user friendly interface makes it easy for our customers to use. Even my wife can navigate the system quickly and easily! No issues so far. Sometimes I wish there was more of a way to track what people were looking at when they visited. Perhaps add an option for that? Perhaps integrate with Google Analytics or something like that. We are also trying to build up a list of people who have used our website. So, we have started using their "people search" feature. It's super simple - just type in the person(s) you're looking for into the search box, press enter, and voila! The layout of the map, makes it easy for the consumer to understand how to navigate the store. The map is easy to update and add new stores. The price is a little high. I would recommend to use the free version first and then purchase the premium version. The free version is good to test the app and get a feel for the app. It is easy to use and understand. I am using the app to find my nearest store. The map is easy to navigate and understand.
