THIS IS NOT SAFE FOR POLYMER CLAY. I read another review that said they left their clay on the sheet for a long time and I didn't think this set would pose a problem as I don't leave the clay lying around. I can't even unroll a sheet of clay without the clay literally sticking. to these "acrylic" plates. The scratched one I had before - actually acrylic - doesn't give me this problem. I bought them as a last resort because they were a bit cheaper than the ones I had before. Well that was a mistake. Although the blades are fine. You come in a good case. That's the only positive thing I can say about this set. I should have just bought the same one as before.
