Temperature error - meat
I am cooking meat medium. I set the thermometer to rare for the latest temp reading. I set the temperature of the meat on this thermometer to a rare and get well-done meat. So I have to use a digital temperature setting of about 125 degrees to get an average temperature. Not very happy with the results. Reading the temperature and trying to hold the thermometer burns my hand.
