1. Installation may be difficult for the elderly or those with large hands (like me). You must have a child with great dexterity with a screwdriver. Not having small hands to help with, I went to Lowes and got some hex bolts. With the help of a long Allen key I was able to attach the box to the wall of the house. 2. - Slot/lock cover. The slot is ideal for correspondence and large envelopes. However, it's not big enough for bulk emails/flyers, which seem to come with greater regularity. I often find the postman crumpled it up and tried to crush it. Usually my mail is between junk mail with letters and never reaches the locked mailbox. That is a big problem. The postman told me to check if the US Postal Service authorized this particular package. If they don't, that's the BIGGEST problem. I'm going to enlarge the slot which will make it easier to steal the mail because now the mail can be fished out. Buyers be careful.
