Worked on my 2006 Lexus LX470
The factory passenger door lock started going haywire and stopped working after a few months. I removed the entire door lock assembly from my 06 LX470, broke open the plastic cover of the lock drive and replaced the small motor inside with this unit. It was the perfect replacement ie the FLAT shaft version - I made the mistake of ordering a round flanged shaft that didn't fit. I've resealed the case with JB Weld plastic glue and it seems to be holding up well so far. A great way to save hundreds compared to buying the entire lock and drive assembly from a dealer.
