Like clear water, no bubbles

It was terrible. Not the Mr. Bubbles I remember seeing a few years ago. It was like pure water. Made some foam but definitely not good bubbles. I used 1/4 bottle to make some bubbles for my baby. I will definitely return the money. Next time I'll buy from a local store.
