Overall this is a pretty good diaper wagon. It's big and the compartments are big and just the right size. The sides are stiff, but not entirely stiff, and everything feels solid so far (I think I've had it for about a month now). There are also plenty of pockets on the sides, although I don't use them. The only thing I do complain about is that the dividers are attached with velcro on the sides. So there are some slightly sharp corners inside (not sharp enough to hurt anyone or anything) and they'll fall apart if you press too hard. It's not that bad, but it's clearly not perfect. I think the point is being able to switch compartments if you want, but even then there are no alternatives as they placed the velcro.
