Nice knife, if a bit pricey

Most knives you buy in the supermarket tend to bend, the handles are slippery or the blades are too wide for my liking. This knife is strong, good weight and the curved tip is useful when inserting the knife inwards to get a clean lever. I wish it was a little spicier because instead of the ideal 1-2 passes, it took me 3-4 to separate the meat from the skin. Gloves are extra. They fit snugly to the body, so be sure to include your size when ordering.
