I needed another size of parchment paper.

I use parchment paper quite frequently. The rolls I am currently using are wider. I wanted some not quite as wide and this is it. This will last quite awhile as you can reuse pieces depending what you bake and at what temperature. This is great to line a cookie sheet, a Dutch oven while baking, and other bread bakers. Clean up is almost non existent and things don’t stick to parchment paper. Just be careful and keep your bake temperature under 450 F degrees and away from heating elements and the sides of the oven. If you haven’t used parchment paper before you will love this.
