Its best feature is its messenger integration which lets you send messages in real time without any delay or lag issues! Also I love how easy we can set up multiple campaigns within minutes of creating an account so that there isn't much wastage as compared to other tools available out here!! So far everything seems fine but some minor glitches like sometimes when i receive notifications they don;t show properly (like if someone sends me message) instead shows "Message received" even though no notification has been sent yet.

Nothing specific really apart from those things mentioned above this tool does what exactly needed by us! Highly recommended!! This software was bought only because my manager insisted upon buying such expensive products since he heard about them via his friend who used these types of softwares before working over corporate world :) I like that this app is integrated with email so you can respond directly from an email without having to pick up your cell or other devices. This makes my work flow much more streamlined! Sometimes there isn't any responses so if they don’t get back to me right away (which happens sometimes) then I have to go find them in another way which doesn’t help streamline things as well. It has helped improve communication between employees and customers/clients.
