My bumper is not your typical square sheet metal bumper as I replaced the damaged original bumper with a standard 3/16" steel tube. I doubted they would fit, but decided to give it a try anyway. I don't use a bumper to hold sewer hoses, I just wanted to close the ends so the bees can't get in. I used my heat gun to heat the ribbed sides very well and was able to get them fully seated by pressing and a few final hits with a rubber mallet. Of course you have to be a real gorilla to pull them out, but I still won't do it. For general information only. The photo shows one in a 3/16" steel bumper.
