Bad instructions, you have to set "out of level " to make the TV stand level
This has to be set so that the scale on the front of the device shows the scale. This means the brackets may need to be installed "out of plane". The instructions are useless and contain no text, only pictures. The block is so big that I decided to make a bracket template and drill holes before installing it. The brackets were perfectly level, but the front of the unit where the TV is mounted is uneven. I contacted the manufacturer through Revain and their response was pathetic. They said to follow the instructions and entrust the installation to professionals. I then went back to Amazon for another device thinking the original was faulty but same thing. I have to go back, but I'll leave him alone since he's already on his feet. I would not buy again.
