The best part of live access for me personally was that it allowed us to use our own staff, which had been hired by another event production organisation but we were not able t afford their rates or services at this time (this has changed now).
It also meant I could be in contact with my client all day long via email/phone calls etc rather than having them come into work every morning like they would have if i worked there as well! Also being remote means you can do things from home without worrying about your childs school holidays getting ruined - so great job done!! There are some features missing such as mobile ticketing & photo booths however these may just take longer due too development issues? We used LABliveAccess during one summer festival season where over 20k people attended each weekend across 3 different festivals held within 1 week period- This made managing everything very difficult especially when working remotely.
