The bristles are as hard as a Brillo Pad!
I ordered this shower brush with high expectations but unfortunately this shower brush is not worth your time! What happened? The bristles are uncomfortably hard and when I say uncomfortable I mean WAVE depending on where you use them. The bristles are WAY too stiff for use on the face or other sensitive areas, but are way too stiff even on less sensitive areas! Unless you're bathing a rhino, I recommend choosing another product as well.
