I have a 17" laptop with a 2n1 (fold out) touchscreen. It works great at filtering out blue light and glare (although I haven't tried it outside yet. It's too hot!). It slides from the top of the screen portion of my laptop to the screen. The area that wraps around the top to hold it doesn't fit my Dell very well, but it works. As for the touch screen.? No, it is not possible to use the laptop's touchscreen. This filter is made of a heavy (ie thick) material such as plastic. It certainly makes it easy, but the touchscreen becomes impossible when it's on. Comes with little rubber dots so it doesn't hit your real screen. I like it. Worth buying.
