Review on HP 62 Ink Cartridges - Compatible with HP ENVY & OfficeJet Printers - High-Quality Black Ink - C2P04AN by Scott Rodriguez

I have owned a printer for many years and use dozens of cartridges of the same type each year. This time I ordered 2 packs of HP 62 black ink. Strangely, the first cartridge is fine, but the second printer does not accept. I tried other cartridges to make sure it's the only one that failed. Every time I try to install, the printer tells me to "remove and replace to ensure proper installation". Again, this is not my printer. This is only ONE cartridge. Damn. The ink is not cheap. Also, the return window has closed (exactly one month has passed) and of course I still had no way of knowing that the 2nd cartridge wasn't going to work. My opinion is that under the circumstances the Revain should be replaced with a working cartridge but apparently it's too late. Lousy.
