Photos are a little deceiving.
The cubes themselves are sufficient. In the photograph of this set (and two other sets of John Carter's dice) the dice appear translucent and have a glossy finish. It's a shame, the ice turning attempt is modeled out of plastic. The feel of the bone in the hand feels very cheap. Suffice it to say I was beyond disappointed with the purchase of this set, as was the other two.
