My V had to use shoes to count her daily 10,000 normal walking steps. Impressed by the design and the innovative lacing, I made the purchase. She found that tight-tension lacing, if sized correctly, cannot securely fasten the shoe's material to the foot. The innovative mesh stretches even more, making the shoe unstable. She had a normal arch and found that the base of her foot was not supporting her. After trying them on during a 10-minute walk on the hardwood floor of her house, she found that the foundation caused pain in her knees. Disappointed that they are more fashionable than safe, we return them. As a buyer, I was disappointed too. Surprised to find that VIONIC withheld my TAX and also deducted an additional $5.19 shipping from the $119 I paid for the shoes. I understand and accept the business policy. But not if a company doesn't post their return policy when purchasing their product. For this reason I would not consider a VIONIC product. For this reason, the exchange option was not considered.
