They give a very natural and complete look

This is indeed a very interesting tool. It has a pointed tip, rounded sides, and a flat bottom, giving you three possible surfaces for precise control, wide coverage, or precise product placement. It holds its shape very well no matter how hard you squeeze, apply or roll it out, and it's surprisingly soft. Another. This sponge seems to allow for a smoother application of products than a brush, making the products look like they're part of your skin and not something on top of it. It's also a gentler experience since you're just bouncing that soft thing off your skin rather than rubbing or brushing it, so it's probably easier for sensitive skin like that under your eyes. Complete the look with powder. I would never have thought of using a powder sponge. When you put the sponge in the powder in the box, it picks up quite a bit of powder and holds it in place instead of throwing it everywhere like the little puffs you often find in powder compacts. Applying powder to my skin over concealer and foundation doesn't make me look dusty like I often do with a regular powder puff. The powder appears to be sprinkled in to make it part of what was there, giving a very natural yet finished look. Also, it's easy to overdo it with the brush and end up accidentally removing it and removing everything underneath, but you can sponge on as much as you want without damaging what's there. One of them is much smaller than most makeup brushes. So it's a great travel replacement. I also love that I can shampoo it and let it dry, making it a low-maintenance tool that's easy to care for with products that are readily available or that you're likely to take with you when you travel. BTW, when I wash mine, I run a rolling pin (or the side of a water bottle) over it to squeeze out as much water as possible, then wrap it in a towel before laying it on a wire rack to dry. . I also take it from time to time and squeeze and twist it while it dries, which takes about a day and a half or so. Nor are they joking when they say that this sponge grows when it is moistened. It's really amazing how big it's getting. Holding a wet sponge in your hand and squeezing it gives you the impression that you are imagining pudding when it gets hard enough to hold in your hand. Squeezing out the water and rolling it in a towel to dry the outside gives it a more leather-like feel while remaining fairly soft and bouncy. It also holds its shape well both during and after being wet or washed. Speaking of using with water, not only are they washable, but I never realized that you can intentionally wet them first and then apply liquid makeup while they dry. still wet. The difference in using it this way is that you get a better blend and have more control over the edges of the application area as the wet sponge glides smoothly over your skin. It's hard to put into words. This is something you should definitely try if you prefer wet or dry application. And since the manufacturer was kind enough to give us more than one, you can have a wet and a dry one on hand when you're applying makeup. Last but not least, this pink is absolutely stunning. Somehow I doubt they will ever get lost anywhere because you can spot them from a mile away wherever they are. They also look lovely in a bowl or basket on the counter.
