Review on Cuisinart CCMP 203 Cheese Melt Black by Summer Zitzner

I bought one, received it and used it to pour melty cheese over my burger and damn it was good. It is of great importance for any type of sandwich or other stuffed food. I also sautéed some onions in it. I've used it 3 times, once on a gas stove and twice on a charcoal grill and it's been 2 months since I bought it, still in great condition. The only advice is not to put it on a strong fire, the cheese does not require ultra-high heat. cook and can ruin the pan. Do not use metal to scrape off leftover cheese. Use the included plastic scraper to avoid scratching the pan.
