Fine mesh speaks for itself
So I had an old strainer, but the strainer wasn't fine enough to rinse quinoa, some of it ended up in the sink. This article solved that problem. The mesh size is also so fine that this sieve can also be used to sift flour. I think it could have been made a little stronger, but then again I'm old school and remember when things were built to last a lifetime. Again, it's acceptably appropriate with limited utility for a topic like this.
