Very dissatisfied with this crate, first they sent me the wrong item in the mail. Once customer service sent me another one I got it and assembly prints where vague and didn't really show you how to built the crate. After a week of having it was able to get out of there lock system that says it very secured so I had to change out the locks. Plus it is starting to rust already and never been outside. And the wire mess crate floor is breaking at the welds and now are sticking out and becoming a hazard for my dog. Highly do not recommend this product
