Easy to use and relatively durable
I bought this massage roller for swollen feet and ankles. It's definitely easier and more comfortable than a hand massage and I know it's just anecdotal, but I feel like the swelling has gone down noticeably after using it! It creaks sometimes as others have mentioned, but it doesn't happen to me all the time. Although it's only plastic, it doesn't feel fragile.
