Good quality backpack. I'm a medium size that fits me and I love the light gray and blue color (I know it's likely to get dirty, but oh well). My main complaint about this backpack and the reason I gave it one star is that the zipper is very difficult to use. I assume it's covered with a thick piece of fabric for beauty? But that makes the zipper difficult to access and doesn't work very well. Forget trying to open it with one hand! My only other complaint is the lack of pockets and pouches. It has only one front zip pocket, no side pocket and no pockets or dividers inside. It's good... but it could be better!
