For goodness sake, if you value your time. DO NOT BUY this printer! I spent days and hours on the phone with HP support. I waited several days for the second set of cartridges as the first set was also damaged. The second set of cartridges was damaged AGAIN. I even let HP support take over my computer to repeatedly try to fix the problem. So I printed a total of 5 pages and the printer lasted 3 weeks and today I found that I need a third set of ink cartridges as these are also damaged. UPDATE: I've owned this printer for 7 months now. I STILL HATE IT! Don't waste your time or money with this ink plan. It's a pain and never stays connected to WiFi, so I still print photos and documents from my HP. Now it just takes up space and I'm billed for ink that I never use. I have given this printer many chances. It gets zero stars. I have two college kids and we only use Apple products. Neither of them wanted to take this printer to college. This tells you everything you need to know. Two thumbs down on this one.
