I really liked this lantern and judging by my title it is HUGE. The lighthouse is very bright and our black dog can be seen from afar - total strangers would ask us where we got this gorgeous light from. maybe three walks just to have the bottom pop right out of the device. Please note that this is NOT the place where the cylinder attaches to the metal collar, this is the underside of the cylinder. A thin disc with LED lights. It accidentally fell off on an afternoon walk, which we didn't realize until we got home, so both the batteries and the internal spring are now lying on the sidewalk somewhere in our town. Brilliant. I'm so glad I just bought 20 pack of replacement batteries. PLEASE FIX THE DESIGN OF THIS LIGHTHOUSE!
