I really wanted this product to work. I spend a lot of time working in the garden with power tools and on my lawnmower and was hoping to get a good quality headset but it has so many issues. I even went all in and bought a battery because I wish it was awesome. But in the end very disappointing. First, it's not loud enough. They say it's hearing protection - but the volume in this headset is VERY low. Next - radio reception - it's TERRIBLE. I can hardly receive radio stations. It's worse than my alarm clock and I didn't think it was possible! But I didn't buy it for FM and AM radio, I bought it for Bluetooth. This way I can play music through my phone. I tested the iPhone 8 and the Galaxy 9. BOTH phones work great with other Bluetooth devices I have. headphones and speakers. But this headset kept cracking and cracking, and had problems playing music. It was terrible. Finally it fits. The ear pad adjustment mechanism is terrible. They are VERY difficult to assemble and fit. All in all, this is a very poorly designed product with very poor electronics inside. ESCAPE from it!
